This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Information the App Accesses

The App may access data from Atlassian products, including Jira project information, issue and epic metadata, dependency relationships, issue status, issue type, priority, due dates, assignee account references, labels, components, parent/epic relationships, issue links, updated timestamps, and related project or issue metadata, only as needed to provide App functionality.

How We Use Information

We use this information to display dependency and risk visualizations, compute project and issue relationship insights, generate AI-assisted dependency and risk signals, support caching and performance, maintain reliability, troubleshoot issues, secure the App, and improve the App.

External Processing

The App may send limited Jira issue and project text or metadata to an external embeddings service hosted on Google Cloud Run in the United States to generate vector embeddings used for AI-assisted dependency and risk insights.

The embeddings service processes this data transiently and returns vectors to the App. The embeddings service is intended only for internal App functionality.

Data Storage and Retention

The App may temporarily store or cache data for performance, reliability, and operational purposes.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the App, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Sharing of Information

The App does not sell personal information.

We may share information only with service providers supporting operation of the App, when required by law, or to protect the security, integrity, or operation of the App.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information handled by the App.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Atlassian and Customer Controls

Because the App operates within Atlassian products, data access, permissions, and deletion may also be controlled by your organization and Atlassian.
